Pumps more. Discharges more. All much faster than you’d anticipate.
The TP03 and TP08 lines of trash pumps are a great example of the power of hydraulics when it comes to pumping liquids with solids. The TP03 pump provides 450 gallons per minute (1688 lpm) of discharge capacity and can pump solids up to 3 inch (76 mm) in diameter. The TP08 has a 800 gpm (3028 lpm) of discharge capacity and can pump up to 4 inch (102 mm) diameter solids.
TP03
- Lightweight and durable urethane bowl and impeller,
- Submersible, no priming required,
- Able to run dry without damage,
- Lifting eye,
- HTMA quick disconnect couplers,
- 3-inch discharge.
TP08
- Durable cast iron impeller and steel bowl,
- Submersible, no priming required,
- Able to run dry without damage,
- Lifting eye,
- HTMA quick disconnect couplers,
- 4-inch discharge.
These pumps are designed to pump liquids that contain solids, both soft and hard, and are often referred to as trash pumps. The majority of these pumps are of the centrifugal type. With a large discharge opening and deep impeller vanes, these pumps are able to process liquids that normally clog standard pumps, and at high volumes. The trash pump is used for various applications by industry, government, construction, mining, and many others such as paper manufacturers. Materials often processed by these pumps include kerosene, paraffin wax, lubricating oil, and even asphalt.
