Stanley Hydraulic Crimpers for Electric Utility and Infrastructure

CT04 SE4 / CT06 / CT10 / CT15

They are 5-10 times faster than hand-pumped tools and more than twice as fast as high pressure double acting crimpers. The CT Crimpers require no booster or intensifier which means they can be operated directly from the hydraulic circuits already installed onto line trucks, dedicated power units, or from one of the STANLEY portable Power Units. Swivel Design on all models provides 360° continuous rotation of the die head for easy alignment to give higher quality crimps.

1650 Models allow the use of the CT on almost any hydraulic system of at least 1,650 psi (114 bar). An accurate, built in relief valve ensures that at these system pressures and higher, a full die load is achieved preventing over-crimping.

CT04 SE4 STANLEY®

CT04 STANLEY® SE4 is a small and lightweight tool ideal for service entrance termination and underground crimping. It accepts 90% of available service entrance connectors and accommodates wires up to 4/0 in (13 mm) diameter. It is compatible with the following tooling and die application:

  • Anderson, VC6-L, VC6-L-SN, VC6-LU, VFC6-LR, VC6-LR-SN, ND58-OL
  • Burndy, MD-6-8, MD6R, MD6-6R, MD6-6R-2, MD6-AH48, MD6-6AH48 and MD6-8AH48
  • Huskie, CN58,CN58H, CN-258, REC-58 (“W” dies), FND-0, ND-0, ND-BG
  • Kearney, 0-51 and 0-52, PH-1

CT06 Anderson

CT06 Anderson uses an Anderson Die-Less head designed for use with Anderson-style connectors. It is Compatible with the following tooling and die application:

  • Anderson, VC6-FT, VC6-FTV, VC6-FTR, and VC6-FTVR

CT10 Burndy

CT10 Burndy accepts standard Burndy U-type dies. It is compatible with the following tooling and die application:

  • Burndy, Y35, L, H
  • Alcoa, 12A, 12AC, 12HA, 12HAC and 30A
  • Anderson, HC-12 and HC-12H
  • Greenlee, 1985
  • Huskie, EP410, EP410T, EP430, EP510, EP410HT, RP410H, EP510H, PDY-1220 and PDY-1216
  • Thomas & Betts, 12 Ton
  • Teledyne, TPU-12 BH

CT10 Kearny

CT10 Kearney accepts standard Kearney dies. It is compatible with the following tooling and die application:

  • Kearney, PH2, WH3
  • Huskie, EP510K and EP510HK

CT10 STANLEY®

CT10 STANLEY® 1½ in. with its unique C-frame opening of 11/2 inches permits the operator to crimp material up to 750 MCM aluminum or copper cable. The larger opening can eliminate the need for larger, more expensive 15 ton tools when crimping large connectors that don’t require 15 tons of die load. The CT10 STANLEY® accepts standard Burndy U-type dies. It is compatible with the following tooling and die

CT15 Universal

CT15 Universal head model uses die holders that allow the tool to accommodate either Burndy, Kearney or T&B tooling. It will accept the following dies:

  • Kearney, PH2, PH14
